Bhopal. The convocation ceremony of the 43rd Deputy Superintendent of Police batch took place at Madhya Pradesh Police Academy, Bhopal on 27.02.2026 under the chief hospitality of Shri Kailash Makwana, Director General of Police, Madhya Pradesh. The program started with the national song and national anthem.

The batch was informed about the field visit (exposure) of Kumbh 2025 in Prayagraj for the preparation of Sihastha 2028.

A detailed description of the 43rd Deputy Superintendent of Police batch training was presented by Dr. Sanjay Aggarwal, Deputy Director of the Academy, which included internal and external training of the trainees, visits to various institutions and duties of Prayagraj Kumbh, academic activities, sports and various subjects like Ethics, New Criminal Law, Police Behavior, UAC, Yoga, Meditation as well as preparation for Sihastha 2028. The batch was sent to the field of Kumbh 2025 in Prayagraj. Information about visit (exposure) was given. DSP Shiva Pathak and Rishabh Chhari shared their experiences regarding the training session and district practical training. During the district practical training itself, the trainees of the 43rd Deputy Superintendent of Police batch have established new plans for their work by working at various important places. After this, shields and certificates were distributed by the Director General of Police to the Deputy Superintendents of Police who stood first in all the 13 subjects of internal training. Apart from this, shields and certificates were given to the all over toppers and those who secured first, second and third positions in the district practical training. Roshni Kurmi stood second and Anand Kumar Rai stood first in overall training in the session.

The Director General of Police gave the address that we should continuously make efforts to live up to the expectations of the public with a good image.

In his address, the Director General of Police inspired the Deputy Superintendents of Police who completed the training to update themselves for the challenges of new technology, AI and cyber crime to deal with the challenges they face while on duty. Along with this, keep making continuous efforts to live up to the expectations of the public with the good image of drug-free Madhya Pradesh and the police. Informing everyone about his experience of 37 years of police service, he said that if you do good work, they will help you somewhere, hence, you should do your work with honesty and full devotion and become an efficient police officer and a good citizen so that the police department and your family members feel proud. Academy’s Director/Special Director General of Police, Railways, Mr. Ravi Kumar Gupta, Police Commissioner, City Police Bhopal, Mr. Sanjay Singh, PSO to DGP/Deputy Inspector General of Police, Community Policing, Dr. Vineet Kapoor, Deputy Director of the Academy, Dr. Sanjay Aggarwal, Assistant Director Mrs. Rashmi Pandey, Assistant Director/Incharge Superintendent of Police PTS Bhauri, Mrs. Yasmin Zahra, Assistant Director Shramti Jyoti Umath and the staff of the Academy were present in the program.
