Bhopal : Under an innovative initiative towards promoting chemical-free and toxic-free fertilizer production in the state, PTC located at Sagar. Organic/Natural Haat Bazaar was organized in the ground. Farmer Welfare and Agricultural Development Minister Adal Singh Kanshana participated in the program. Agriculture Minister Kanshana said that natural and organic farming is being promoted in the state. Natural and organic farming is very important for the health and environmental protection of farmers as well as the general public. He appealed to the farmer brothers to adopt natural farming more and more instead of chemical fertilizers, so that the fertility of the land can be maintained and safe, nutritious food grains can be produced.
Agriculture Minister Kanshana said that the state government is continuously making efforts to encourage organic and natural farming in the interest of farmers and more schemes will be implemented in this direction in future. Through organic/natural market, farmers will get better market for their products and consumers will get pure and toxin-free food items.
In the programme, organic grains, fruits, vegetables and other products produced by local farmers were displayed and sold. A large number of farmers and citizens were present.
