Ramgarh: On February 4, Bihar Foundry and Castings Limited (BFCL) inaugurated the Central Training Hall equipped with state-of-the-art facilities at its HASP unit in Ramgarh. This training center is called “Training for Excellence – Induction Room“. It aims to strengthen the skill development of employees and give a new direction to organizational excellence. The inauguration ceremony was held at the Central Training Hall located at HASP Unit, in which all the Heads of Departments and Business Unit Heads of the company were present.
