Under the aegis of Youth Welfare and Regional Development Team Department, MLA Sports Competition Vidhansabha Kol was organized at Veer Siromani Maharana Pratap Stadium, Ghaznipur Development Block, Dhanipur. The competition was inaugurated by MLA Kol Anil Parashar and Block Chief Dhanipur Pooja Diwakar by blowing balloons and cutting the ribbon.
On this occasion, former block chief Dhanipur Yogendra Pal Singh, divisional president Madrak Radhe Shyam, village head Ghaznipur Yogendra Pal Singh, Anil Tomar and district youth welfare officer Jaipal Singh Sagar encouraged the players. Honorable MLA said that youth will have all round development only if they play sports along with studies. Athletics: Kapil in 100 meter race, Kuldeep in 800 meter race, sub junior girl’s qualification in 100 meter race, qualification in 800 meter race, Jigyasa in long jump, Nandini in shot put, Nandini in javelin throw, junior men’s category Abhishek Kumar in 100 meter race, Arun Kumar in 200 meter race, Dhruv Singh in 400 meter race, Arun Kumar, Junior in 1500 meter race. In the women’s category, Babli in 100 meter race, Deepika in 200 meter race, merit in 400 meter race, Babli in shot put, in the senior category, Raj in men’s 100 meter race, Ajit Kumar in 200 meter race, Amit Kumar in 400 meter race, in the senior category, Varsha in women’s long jump, Vedika Mathur in shot put were the winners. Dhanipur was the winner in all three categories of Volleyball, Sub Junior, Junior and Senior Boys, and the team of Balipur was the winner in all three categories of Volleyball, Sub Junior, Junior Senior Girls. Jalali was the winner in Kabaddi sub-junior boys category, Ghaznipur in the junior category, Gadrana in the senior category. Kanchan Singh, Vikas, Vikrant and Udit were prominent in the jury of the competition. Regional Youth Officer Dhanipur Kapil Sharma said that the winners of the Honorable MLA Sports Competition will participate in the MP Sports Competition Aligarh.
