According to the information, both the sisters assaulted the female policeman, grabbed her hair, threw her on the ground and tore her uniform. There was also a scuffle with another policeman. The injured female police officer was admitted to the local hospital for treatment. It is being told that female police officer Neetu Kumari has suffered serious injury in her hand.
Was accused of being involved in prostitution case
According to the police, on Tuesday, the team of Vaishali police station had rescued a woman resident of Brahmapura in Muzaffarpur district from a hotel in a prostitution case. On Wednesday morning, the sister of the said woman reached the police station and started creating ruckus, accusing the police. During this, police sub-inspector Neetu Kumari and constable Amarjeet Kumar were beaten up. Police Station Head Rajkumar said that the rescued woman and her sister damaged government property in the police station premises and obstructed government work. Many items in the police station premises were damaged, due to which the electricity system was also disrupted for some time. An FIR will be lodged against both of them.
