Bhopal : Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that from the first Guru Guru Nanak Dev to the 10th Guru, all the Guru Maharaj and their families of Sikhism made sacrifices for the protection of the country. Sikh heroes have made important contributions to Indian history. Veer Bal Diwas commemorates the extraordinary bravery and martyrdom of the younger sons of the 10th Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi started celebrating Veer Bal Diwas every year on the martyrdom of Sahibzada Fateh Singh and Zorawar Singh. At a very young age, Sahibzadas refused to bow down to injustice and showed great courage to protect religion and truth. His life teaches us that truth, courage and self-respect are the greatest strengths. Today inspires the Indian youth to adopt the values ​​of bravery, honesty and perseverance. There is a need to convey the sacrifices of the brave Sahibzadas to the common people for the protection of truth and religion. The state government will include the stories of sacrifice of Guru Gobind Singh and Sikh heroes in the educational curriculum. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav reached Gurdwara Hamidia Road and addressed the congregation on Veer Bal Diwas dedicated to the martyrdom of Sahibzadas of Guru Gobind Singh.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav sat with the children present in the Gurudwara and listened to the Kirtan and also caressed the children. The children coordinated the entire arrangements for the event at Gurudwara Hamidia Road. Kirtan Darbar was conducted by the children in the Gurudwara and a picture exhibition was also organized. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav visited the exhibition.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government will provide support for organizing the Prakash Parv of Guru Nanak Dev in Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while mentioning the first Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s visit to Ujjain and Gurudwara Imli Sahib located in Ujjain, said that Sikh Gurus have always shown the path of humanity, their ideals will remain the center of inspiration for us.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav reached the program organized at the party office on “Veer Balak Diwas” and paid floral tributes to the portrait of Sahibzadas of tenth Guru Sahib Guru Gobind Singh. Akhara Gattaka was performed by the saint soldiers. In the program, senior MLA and State President Hemant Khandelwal said that Sikh heroes have made sacrifices for the country’s independence. Through Veer Bal Diwas, the young generation gets inspiration to protect religion and country. India will always remember the sacrifice of the brave Sahibzadas. Arera Colony Gurdwara Committee Chairman Pajinder Singh, while mentioning the historical contribution made by Sikh heroes in protecting the religious culture, said that the Sikh religious gurus created an army of Sikh heroes to fight the Mughals. Guru Gobind Singh started the Khalsa Panth. Namdhari Sikhs fought with the British to protect Mother Cow. Khalsa Panth also played an important role in the establishment of Azad Hind Fauj.

On this occasion, MP Bhopal Alok Sharma, State President and senior MLA Hemant Khandelwal, MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani, District President Ravindra Yeti, senior social worker Suneha Bagga and representatives of the society were present.
