A passenger traveling in Indore–Nagpur Vande Bharat Express (train number 20911) faced technical issue related to seat. This train left Indore at 6.10 am on Monday.
Passenger Nilesh Waghmare told that he was traveling on seat number 9 of C-14 coach, but his seat was not reclining. Due to this defect in the seat, he had to face a lot of inconvenience during the long journey of about eight hours. According to the passenger, the non-functioning of such basic facilities in a premium train is extremely disappointing.
Regarding this matter, the passenger has written to the official handle of the Railways on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter). railway service Filed a complaint tagging. As soon as the complaint came to light, the Railway Service took immediate cognizance and instructed Ratlam DRM to take necessary action. Also the complaint was officially registered.
