Record sale of 57,435 vehicles in Rada Auto Expo

Raipur. The highest ever sale of 57,435 vehicles was seen in ‘RADA Auto Expo-26’ of Raipur Automobile Dealers Association, the largest automobile fair of Central India. In this, more than 34 and a half thousand two-wheelers, sixteen and a half thousand cars and 6052 other vehicles including trucks, buses, autos, small and big goods vehicles, loaders were sold. Rada Auto Expo witnessed a turnover of more than Rs 3000 crore and brought revenue worth crores of rupees into the account of the state government. RADA officials have thanked the state government for the record breaking sales at the Rada Auto Expo. According to the information in this regard, the 9th Rada Auto Expo was organized by Rada at Shriram Business Park in the capital. For this Auto Expo, Chhattisgarh government had given 50 percent discount in lifetime road tax. It got an overwhelming response. People bought heavily and a new record of sales was made. RADA officials said that 29000 vehicles were sold in the 8th RADA Auto Expo. The government earned revenue of Rs 800 crore from this. RADA officials said that according to the data they received, 57435 vehicles were sold. In this, 34,881 two-wheelers were sold. The number of cars sold in the expo is 16502 and 6052 other vehicles including buses, trucks, three-wheelers were sold. Along with petrol-powered bikes, EV two-wheelers have also been purchased. According to the data received on Thursday from Rada Auto Expo, vehicles worth more than Rs 3 thousand crores have been sold this time. Revenue worth crores of rupees has reached the government’s account from this sale. This time, a provision for traffic safety contribution was also made by the government. An amount of more than Rs 10 crore has been spent in that also.
