Penguin India’s new statement on Naravane’s book, clarification on pre-order

Amid the ongoing controversy over the unpublished book of former Army Chief MM Naravane, another statement has been issued by publisher Penguin Random House India. The publisher said on Tuesday that the announcement of a book or its availability for pre-order should not be considered a publication. Along with this, the publication house has said that the book available for pre-order and the published book are not the same thing.
