The meeting of Brahmin MLAs of UP BJP is creating political turmoil. The party’s stand is also against it. Yesterday, UP BJP chief Pankaj Chaudhary had given advice to the MLAs. Now once again he has reiterated his point. Chaudhary, who reached Mathura, said on the meeting of Brahmin MLAs, I have warned the MLAs. He has also talked. Instructions have also been given that in future no such meeting should be held which goes against the party.
Let us tell you that recently, Brahmin MLAs in Uttar Pradesh had held a meeting at the residence of BJP MLA PN Pathak of Kushinagar. Along with BJP, 35-40 Brahmin leaders from different parties participated in it. Issues like neglect of Brahmin community and suppression of voice were raised in the meeting, which led to political turmoil.
Chaudhary has given instructions earlier also
After this, State President Pankaj Chaudhary had given strict instructions to the party MLAs. He had said that he should stay away from any kind of negative or caste-based politics. Any activity against the principles and ideals of the party will not be accepted. He had said, BJP is a political party based on principles.
The party does not do special class politics
Choudhary further said, party workers do not do politics of familyism or any particular class. We have held vigilance talks with the concerned public representatives. They have been given clear instructions that such activities are against the constitutional traditions of the party. Such activities send a wrong message.
If this happens again, action will be taken
He said, if any public representative does such a thing again, then under the party constitution it will be considered indiscipline and action will be taken. Emphasizing on BJP’s politics, he said, the party is maintaining its identity in a diverse democracy. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the caste-based politics of the opposition is coming to an end in the face of developmental politics and nationalism.
