Senior Congress leader and former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijay Singh created a stir in the politics of the country by praising the organization of BJP. He said that in BJP a worker reaches the top from the ground. In this he mentioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Now he has given clarification on his statement.

Digvijay Singh told journalists, “I have praised the organization, not the RSS. I was and will remain a staunch opponent of the RSS, PM Modi and his policies.”

After the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting in Delhi, Congress leader Digvijay Singh said, “I have praised the organization. I was, am and will remain a staunch opponent of the RSS and the policies of the central government.” In his post he said, “Is it a bad thing to strengthen the organization or praise it? Is it a crime to talk about electoral reforms?”

The Congress MP created controversy through a social media post on Saturday when the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting was called in Delhi. Earlier, Digvijay Singh had written a letter to Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi demanding reforms in the party.
