Bhopal : To start the installation work of new units of 660-660 MW capacity at Amarkantak Thermal Power Station Chachai and Satpura Thermal Power Station Sarni of Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company, a kick-off meeting was organized between EPC contractor BHEL, project consultant NTPC and senior engineers of Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company. In the two-day meeting, the scope, action plan and time limit of the new unit to be established were discussed and discussed in detail. Major technical points related to the construction of the project were discussed in detail in the meeting. This meeting is an important step towards the successful implementation of both the new units. This is an important milestone for the beginning of the project.
In the meeting, Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company’s Managing Director Manjeet Singh, Director Technical Subodh Nigam, Director Commercial Milind Bhandakkar, Chief Engineer Project Vivek Narada, Ashutosh Tyagi and Vikas Kumar from BHEL and Vijay Pratap and Hirendra Sonkar from NTPC had an in-depth discussion regarding the project and ensured that all the works are executed within the time limit. The target of power generation from the unit should be achieved.
