Freedom fighters honored by the Governor

Bhopal : Governor Mangubhai Patel honored the freedom fighters at his home on the occasion of Republic Day. On behalf of Governor Patel, Lok Bhavan officials visited the houses of Bhopal resident freedom fighters and honored them.

On behalf of Governor Patel, shawls, quince, sweets and gifts were presented as a mark of respect to Bhopal resident freedom fighters Mohammad Jamir, Savitri Devi Verma, Devi Sharan, Parvati Devi, and Narayani Devi. Similarly, late freedom fighter Late. Habib Nazar’s wife Firoz Jahan and Late. Mohammad Mukhtar Khan’s wife Akhtar Jahan was also honored at his residence.
