Raipur : Dreams are not those which come while sleeping, but those which do not let you sleep.. The daughters of the tribal dominated Kondagaon district of the state have given direction to their lives with this thinking and today have been selected in the city police and district force. Chhattisgarh government is committed to shaping the future of the youth and is providing them many opportunities to move forward. In this sequence, the district administration Kondagaon has arranged for free coaching to realize the dreams of the youth, which has given wings to the dreams of many youth of the district.

The path became easier when Jagbati Markam got the target.

When Jagbati Markam, a resident of village Malakot in the district, reached Lakshya Coaching Centre, the dreams she had seen needed the right strategy and guidance. At the coaching center, it was explained to them that preparation for competitive exams is not just a study, but a well-planned strategy, regular practice and a game of self-confidence.

Jagbati got the right direction for exam preparation here. They got guidance on all aspects like how to plan their studies, how to manage time and how to understand the subjects. The result was that Jagbati was also selected in the district force.

Before joining coaching, Jagbati was pursuing a master’s degree in sociology. She had also given the NET exam twice and was behind by just 12 marks in the SET exam. This failure did not become a disappointment for him, but a lesson. Through friends he got information about Lakshya Coaching. She says that this coaching gave a new path to her goal.

Even financial difficulties did not become a hindrance for Neelam Markam.

The story of Neelam Markam, a resident of Pali village, is an example of struggle, courage and self-confidence. Before joining the Municipal Army, Neelam was studying third year B.Sc. and was also preparing for the CGPSC exam.

Neelam says that she wanted to do coaching for the preparation of CGPSC exam but she did not have money for coaching, but when she came to know that this coaching is completely free by the district administration, then a new ray of hope arose for her. Neelam applied and appeared for the exam with full preparation. Neelam tells that two youths from her village were preparing for Chhattisgarh Police Force. He started preparing for the physical with them. When he passed the physical test, his confidence increased further. After that he started preparing for the written examination.

Meanwhile, he also had his college exams. It was not easy to prepare for two exams simultaneously. Neelam tells that she was very nervous before the exam, but she did not lose courage. With proper time management and guidance from teachers, she prepared for both the exams and ultimately succeeded. Neelam says that she will continue preparing for competitive exams and will not leave her studies.

Ranjana Rana got success through discipline and hard work

Ranjana Rana, resident of Mardapal, comes from a farming family. Ranjana is the youngest among four siblings. Before selection in Municipal Army, she was preparing for CGPSC through Lakshya Coaching Centre. Ranjana tells that when the post of Nagar Sainik came, she immediately applied. To prepare for the physical, Ranjana included regular running in her daily routine. For this reason the physical test was also easy for him. Similarly, he did not face much difficulty in the written examination. Because she was already preparing for competitive exams.

Ranjana’s daily routine is very disciplined, waking up at 4 in the morning, going for running, then studying and then going to coaching at 9 in the morning. She says that the teachers of the coaching center teach in a simple and effective way, which makes it easy to understand the subjects. Ranjana dreams of progressing further in the future, for this she will continue preparing for competitive exams.

Similarly, Baliram Baghel, resident of village Nevra, which is located about 35 km from Kondagaon district headquarters, has set an example with his hard work and dedication. After completing college, Baliram taught children for three years as a tutor in his own village school. When this temporary post ended, Baliram did not lose courage. He came to Kondagaon and started preparing for competitive examinations. During this time, he gave a concrete direction to his preparation by joining Lakshya Free Coaching Institute, Kondagaon, run by the district administration. With the guidance of subject expert teachers, regular studies and disciplined routine, Baliram achieved success and fulfilled his dream by getting selected in Chhattisgarh Police Force.

Similarly, Manoj Netam, resident of village Bafna also made strong preparation for the competitive examination through Lakshya Coaching Centre. Despite limited resources, Manoj made continuous practice, physical preparation and guidance of teachers his strength. As a result, he was also selected in Chhattisgarh Police Force.

Many youth got selected in various posts through free coaching.

It may be noted that this institute was started by the district administration from 10 December 2024. Here, preparation for various competitive exams including UPSC, CGPSC, Vyapam, SSC, GD, RRB, SI, Banking, Teacher Recruitment, Police Constable, Forest Department is done. Regular and quality teaching is being imparted by subject experts in the institute. Within just one year the institute has given remarkable results. 25 have been selected in Nagar Sainik, 56 in Police Constable GD, 1 in Assistant Teacher, 14 in SSC GD and one in Agniveer. At present the classes of PSC, Vyapam, Teacher Recruitment and SSC GD are being conducted continuously. Here, completely free coaching facility is provided to the candidates.
