Raipur : The candidates selected in the physical efficiency training camp organized at Ravi Shankar Stadium, Durg for the candidates who passed the online written examination of Agniveer Recruitment 2024-25 in the Indian Army were honored today by School Education, Village Industries, Law and Legislative Affairs Minister Gajendra Yadav at his Seva Sadan residence. On this occasion, Minister Yadav termed discipline and hard work as the basis of life and assured the youth of all possible support related to training in future.
29 candidates selected for Agniveer
A total of 29 candidates were selected as a result of the training camp organized under the guidance of NIS coach Vinod Nair and PTI Balakdas Dahare. Of these, 19 candidates were selected in the Indian Army as Agniveer, while 1 candidate each was successful in the Indian Navy and Indian Air Force. Apart from this, 8 candidates have brought pride to the district by getting selected in Chhattisgarh Police. This collective success demonstration of the trainees has infused new energy and confidence among the youth in the district.
New two month training camp continues
Deputy Director of District Administration and District Employment and Self-Employment Guidance Center V. Of. This year also, under the direction of Kedia, a two-month long Agniveer Physical Efficiency Training Camp is being conducted from 1 November to 31 December 2025. In this camp, 50 written examination passed candidates are being given rigorous and regular training every day under the direction of NIS coaches and experienced PTIs, so that they can be made more physically and mentally capable for the upcoming selection processes.
Enthusiastic respect for youth in the program
Agniveer returned after receiving training and the youth recently selected in Chhattisgarh Police were welcomed with flower garlands by the Agniveer trainees with great enthusiasm. Many youth including Shivdayal Dhritalhare, Harsh Sahu, Meen Nishad, Neeraj Deshmukh, Rahul, Tushar, Nikhil, Ravikishore, Khomesh, Amit, Yash, Yuvraj had important contribution in making the program successful, with whose cooperation the program was completed in a dignified environment.
Names of honored candidates
The candidates selected after completing Agniveer training include Karan Patel, Indra Kumar, Gajendra Thakur, Sunil Sahu, Lokendra, Manish Sahu, Tameshwar, Yogendra Kumar Sahu, Laxmikant Parkar, Damesh Yadav, Monesh Nishad, Shubham Sahu (Indian Navy). Similarly, Shubham, Vivek Kumar, Gaurav Kumar Sahu, Prabhat Sahu, Vikas Mishra, Pallav Sahu, Tissue Yadav, Nayan Nishad, Tushar Kumar and Swapril Dubey (Indian Air Force) are included. Among the candidates selected in Chhattisgarh Police, the names of Sanjay Nishad, Lilesh Sahu, Janaklal, Lomash Sahu, Nisha Thakur, Neha Sahu, Khileshwar Patel and Lalita Yadu are prominent.
