लखनऊ|यूपी के कानपुर के बिल्हौर कस्बे में बड़े पैमाने पर हो रही गोकशी का भंडाफोड़ हुआ है। गोवंश बताए जा रहे जानवरों के अवशेषों का जखीरा मिलने से हड़कंप मच गया। बजरंग दल और विहिप के कार्यकर्ताओं ने घेराव कर जमकर नारेबाजी की। कार्यकर्ता भड़क गए। उन्होंने गांव के ही तीन लोगों पर गोकशी का आरोप लगाते हुए उनकी दो गाड़ियों में तोड़फोड़ की। आरोपित परिवार के साथ घरों से भाग गए हैं। देर रात संयुक्त पुलिस आयुक्त कानून व्यवस्था भी मौके पर पहुंचे और प्राथमिक जांच में लापरवाही पाते हुए इंस्पेक्टर समेत चार पुलिसकर्मियों को निलंबित कर दिया। गांव में पीएसी के साथ भारी पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है। इस बीच सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है जिसमें बीजेपी विधायक राहुल बच्चा बिल्हौर थाने में पुलिसकर्मियों पर भड़कते दिख रहे हैं। वीडियो में विधायक यहां तक कह जाते हैं, ‘इतिहास हमारा भी बहुत गंदा है।’ हालांकि ‘लाइव हिन्दुस्तान’ वायरल हो रहे वीडियो की सत्यता की पुष्टि नहीं करता है।वीडियो में विधायक कहते सुनाई दे रहे हैं, ‘आप अपने उच्चाधिकारियों को बता दीजिए कि यहां कोई राजनीतिकरण नहीं हो रहा है। मेरी एक बार आप ध्यान से सुन लीजिए कि आप यहां बहुत से लोगों से परिचित नहीं हैं। न हमसे परिचित हैं, न अन्य लोगों से परिचित हैं। इसलिए आपके लिए मैं बता देना चाह रहा हूं, इतिहास हमारा भी बहुत गंदा है। इतने पाक-साफ छवि के हम लोग नहीं हैं जितना आप समझ रहे हो।’ विधायक ने स्थानीय पुलिस पर भ्रष्टाचार के गंभीर आरोप लगाए और कहा कि गोकशी के खिलाफ सर्च ऑपरेशन चलना चाहिए। संदिग्ध लोगों के खिलाफ वही सलूक होना चाहिए जो एक हत्यारे के साथ होता है। विधायक ने कहा कि यदि 48 घंटे के अंदर प्रभावी कार्रवाई नहीं होती है तो बिल्हौर के अंदर जितनी...। इसके बाद विधायक के बोल बिगड़ गए और विधायक समर्थक नारे लगाने लगे।

When he was not found at the spot, he got angry at his vehicles. After this incident came to light, in view of the tense situation, forces from five nearby police stations were called. Along with this, a company of PAC has also been deployed. Forming five teams, the police kept raiding till late night in search of the accused. Joint Police Commissioner Law and Order Ashutosh Kumar remained at the spot till late night. He said that on the basis of information from the villagers, a team is being formed and raids are being conducted in search of the accused. Soon all the accused will be arrested and sent to jail.
Accused among villagers, tired of complaining in Chowki police station

After the video of cow remains being found near Jafarshah Maidan went viral, Hindu organizations reached the spot and started creating ruckus. Sloganeering started and villagers also started gathering. There was an uproar here for about four hours, after which the police became active and the arrival of police and administrative officers started. When the viral video reached Police Commissioner Raghubir Lal late in the evening, sensing the seriousness of the incident, he sent Joint Police Commissioner Ashutosh Kumar. He immediately ordered the suspension of the four police personnel found prima facie guilty, only then the angry crowd calmed down. After this the phase of raid started.
An enclosure was built next to it for slaughtering cattle.
Another tin shed enclosure was built right next to the spot where the remains of the cattle were found. Villagers allege that cattle were slaughtered in this. After sending the meat to another place, the remains were kept in an enclosure built in the Bulge itself.

The volunteers along with Bajrang Dal and VHP workers alleged that this work could not be done without the collusion of police and administration. The accused doing this should be arrested soon and bulldozer action should be taken. Samples for cattle remains sent for testing
On getting information about the incident, Bilhaur SDM and Naib Tehsildar also reached the spot. On the instructions of the SDM, samples of cow remains were taken. Officials said samples have been sent for testing.
