Raipur : Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, Raipur is effectively operating “Helpline 2026” one day before the examination to resolve the doubts of the students of High School and Higher Secondary Examination 2026. This helpline will be operated by Board President Renu ji from 05 February 2026. It is continuously running under the direction of Pillay and Secretary Pushpa Sahu, due to which the students are getting academic guidance as well as mental strength.
Accurate and subject-wise guidance received with the participation of subject experts
Today, on 21 February 2026, the doubts of the students were resolved by the experts of the subjects of Political Science, Chemistry, Accountancy, Crop Production and Horticulture, Object Drawing and Drafting and Physiology and First Aid. On this occasion, Sunita Pandey, Aastha Nigam, Soma Banik, Arpana Tiwari, Namrata Tiwari, Ranjana Thakur, Rajkumar Gendre, Nisha Singh, Deepa Sakharkar and assistant professor Akhilesh Wamangade provided their important services.
Students’ curiosities regarding question paper pattern, syllabus and answer writing style.
Through the helpline, students got information about the nature of possible questions from chemistry like electrochemical, iodoform reaction, naming reaction and biomolecules. Students also asked whether the questions would come out of the syllabus and whether the examiners conducting the evaluation would have complete knowledge of the syllabus or not.
Apart from this, detailed guidance was also given on question paper blueprint, exam pattern, preparation of computer subject, possible questions from Company Accounts lesson and how to write answers so as to get full marks. Some students sought information regarding important questions, while one student sought advice on how to prepare effectively in less time. All queries were resolved by subject experts in a simple, clear and inspiring manner.
Guidance reached to students through 660 calls
Till February 21, 2026, a total of 660 calls were received on the helpline’s toll free number 1800-233-4363. Every call was resolved systematically and necessary educational and advisory support was provided to the students.
Successful operation under the guidance and leadership of the Deputy Secretary
The helpline is operated by Deputy Secretary Dr. B. This is being done under the guidance of Raghu and in coordination with helpline coordinator Dr. Pradeep Kumar Sahu. This initiative of the Board is a commendable effort towards providing confidence, clarity and positive direction to the students before the examination.
