Lucknow After meeting Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat met both the Deputy Chief Ministers of the state, Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brijesh Pathak. However, amidst the discussions about cabinet expansion and organizational reshuffle in the state, the meeting of the Sangh chief with the CM and Deputy CM has increased the political excitement. The Sangh chief met both the Deputy CMs on Thursday morning for about 10 minutes each. Before this, the Chief Minister reached Saraswati Shishu Mandir at the Sangh office complex in Nirala Nagar of the capital to meet the Sangh chief at 8 pm on Wednesday. There was a private conversation between the two for about 35 minutes. The Sangh chief was in the capital Lucknow on a two-day stay and Wednesday was the last day of his stay. The CM’s meeting with Bhagwat took place in a completely isolated, closed room. In view of the changes taking place at the current level of politics in the state, this meeting is being considered very important. Even though the meeting between the two is being described as a courtesy kiss, there is a lot of speculation about Yogi’s frequent meetings with the Sangh chief.
Indications of important role of Sangh in weaving the fabric of 2027
Sources say that meanwhile, the focus of the Sangh chief seems to be on UP and he is coming to UP on the pretext of some program or the other. It is clear from this that the role of Sangh Parivar will be important in weaving the fabric of the assembly elections to be held in 2027. Whenever he is on a tour of UP, he also meets CM Yogi.
