Rain Alert in MP:Amidst the cold and fog that has returned in Madhya Pradesh since January 25, the Meteorological Department has now predicted rain with thunder. A warning of heavy rain has been issued for two days today and tomorrow in 28 districts including Bhopal. A drop of up to 4.9 degrees Celsius has been recorded in the temperature in the state during the last 24 hours.
According to the Meteorological Department, due to a cyclonic circulation and a trough area being active at present, the weather has changed again in the state. In such a situation, there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning for two days i.e. today 27th January and tomorrow 28th January. At the same time, a new system is becoming active from January 30. In such a situation, rainy season may be seen in some parts of the state even in the month of February.

Here, amid changes in the weather, the temperature has dropped by 4.9 degrees. There is dense fog in many areas of Madhya Pradesh including Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Rewa, Narmadapuram divisions since morning. The weather patterns have changed due to cyclonic circulation and trough.
Cold will increase with rain
There will be increase in cold along with rain in the state. The temperature is likely to drop by 2 to 3 degrees. In many cities the night temperature may once again go below 10 degrees. Talking about last night, the temperature was recorded at 6.6 degrees in Rajgarh, 8 degrees in Datia-Shivpuri, 8.2 degrees in Pachmarhi, 8.6 degrees in Naugaon and 9.4 degrees in Sheopur. Whereas, if we talk about big cities, the temperature has been recorded at 7.8 degrees in Gwalior, 11.2 degrees in Bhopal, 12 degrees in Ujjain, 12.2 degrees in Indore and 13.6 degrees Celsius in Jabalpur.
