Holashtak starting from 24th February

Holashtak starts from Ashtami of Shukla Paksha of Phalgun month. This time, Holashtak will last from 24th February to 3rd March and will end with Holika Dahan on 3rd March.
In the Hindu religious calendar, Holashtak is the period that runs from exactly eight days before Holi to Holika Dahan, which is considered inauspicious according to religious beliefs. During this time, people do not take any new auspicious work, auspicious event or any major decision and instead spend time in meditation, meditation and worship.
