Bhopal. State Bank of India, the country’s largest public sector bank, today successfully organized a grand Health Awareness Camp under Corporate Employee Engagement with the aim of strengthening the health, energy and efficiency of its employees at the local head office. The program was formally inaugurated by Circle Head Chief General Manager Mr. Prabhash Kumar Subuddhi, General Manager-2 Mr. Omkarnath Choudhary, General Manager-3 Mr. Manoj Kumar and DGM and CDO Mr. Manish Mathpal by getting their health checkup done. On this occasion, officers and employees of the local head office were present in large numbers and participated in the program with full enthusiasm and discipline. Under the camp, various health check-ups including blood pressure, sugar, ECG, eye test were conducted and personal counseling was also provided by experienced doctors.
Chief General Manager Prabhash Kumar Subuddhi in his inspirational address said that
“A healthy body and positive thinking are the keys to excellent performance. If we take care of our health, the organization will also continue to progress.” He called upon all the employees to undergo regular health checkups and adopt a balanced lifestyle. General Manager Omkarnath Chaudhary, Mr. Manoj Kumar and DGM-CDO Mr. Manish Mathpal also praised this commendable initiative and said that such programs promote self-confidence, energy and work balance among the employees. Health awareness materials were also distributed during the program and useful information on stress management, yoga and fitness was shared. Employees described this event as extremely beneficial and inspiring. This event is a symbol of State Bank of India’s deep commitment towards employee welfare, which proves that the Bank considering its human resources as its biggest capital, is continuously striving for their development and health. At the conclusion of the program, all the officers and employees pledged to organize such programs continuously in future also.
