Chief Secretary took a meeting of officials regarding the preparations for the President’s visit to Bastar.

Raipur : On the occasion of the divisional level function of Bastar Pandum in Bastar (Jagdalpur) of Chhattisgarh, a high level meeting of officials was held regarding various preparations for the proposed visit of President of India Draupadi Murmu on 7 February 2026. Chief Secretary Vikassheel has given instructions to the officials regarding all the necessary arrangements including security, medical, transportation etc. on the occasion of the visit of Madam President. The Chief Secretary took information about all the arrangements being made from the Bastar Collector through video conference. Similarly, the Chief Secretary also took information from Raipur Collector and gave necessary guidelines. Public Relations and Culture Department Secretary Rohit Yadav, General Administration Department Secretary Avinash Champawat, Home Department Secretary Neha Champawat, Health Department Secretary Amit Kataria, Public Works Department Secretary Dr. Kamalpreet Singh and officials of other departments participated in the meeting.
