Minor corporation worker’s wife hatched a conspiracy to grab a plot worth crores
Indore. Khajrana police has registered a case of forgery against Khajrana’s notorious fraudster Razia B Pati Rauf, who had fraudulently created a plot worth crores by making fake documents. The case is related to Parshvakunj Colony of Khajrana (also known as Ahmednagar). The matter is such that a written complaint application was submitted by Furkan father Tasjeel Hussain in Khajrana police station in which it was complained that Razia bi husband Rauf resident of Samrat Nagar Khajrana and Sheikh Imroz father Sheikh Rehman resident of Hina Colony Khajrana have made fake documents and their registered plot of Ahmed Nagar is being sold by fraudulent means. In the investigation of the application, it was found that the non-applicants Sheikh Imroz and Razia Khan had prepared forged documents of the plot, committed fraud and breached the criminal trust and caused immense loss to the applicant. A written complaint application was submitted for strict, legal action against the accused. From the perusal of the application and the preliminary investigation, it was found that the accused Sheikh Imroz and Razia Khan, along with their other associates, had executed the alleged registry of the plot of plot number 228 Parshwakunj (Ahmed Nagar) Colony, area 1496 square feet, on the basis of the alleged documents elsewhere, through forged documents and after the publication of the facts, crime number was registered against the accused. 77/2026 The crime of section 318(4),338,336(3),340(2),61(2) of BNS was registered and taken into consideration. After investigation, when the complaint was found to be true, the police arrested the accused Sheikh Imroz, father Sheikh Rehman age resident of 09 Heena Palace Khajrana Indore (M.P.) (The accused is educated till 10th class and works as a scrap dealer.) Razia Khan husband Abdul Rauf age resident of 10 Samrat Nagar Khajrana Indore (M.P.) (The accused being illiterate, works as a maid.) It should be noted that Razia B is a notorious land mafia from Ahmed Nagar of Khajrana and she has taken possession of the plots by making fake documents of many plots.
It is noteworthy that Razia’s husband Rauf was formerly a tanker driver of the Municipal Corporation, till then Razia’s family lived in a rented house. Later, Razia’s son Iqbal married the sister of a notorious criminal of the city, after which the said criminal, by threatening the family, started the work of possession and embezzlement of Razia B’s Khajrana plot by making fake papers. Razia Bi also has connections with many criminal elements of Khajrana. Razia Bi and the criminal elements associated with her take over the plot of Ahmed Nagar by making fake documents. After possession or on the basis of fake documents, the plot is sold or the possession of the plot is given up after taking a huge amount. Khajrana police station has also received many complaints in the name of Razia Bi, but due to Razia Bi’s relations with some brokers and police personnel of the police station, no action was taken on the complaints every time. In this case too, along with Razia Bi and Imroz, a land mafia was also involved whose name is not included among the accused. In the said case also, Razia B made every possible effort to get the matter closed, but on receiving the complaint, Police Commissioner Santosh Kumar Singh and Additional Police Commissioner Mr. Amit Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone 2, Kumar Prateek, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Amarendra Singh and Assistant Police Commissioner Khajrana Kundan Mandloi instructed to take effective action against the accused who were buying and selling plots on the basis of forged documents in Indore city, Police Station Incharge Khajrana Manoj Singh Sendhav. In the same sequence, a special team was immediately formed to arrest the accused and investigate the case, after searching for the accused, the accused were duly arrested, produced before the Honorable Court and taken on police remand. After interrogating the accused in connection with the case, advance legal action is being taken against their associates and other persons. In the said proceedings, Inspector Manoj Singh Sendhav, Uni. Sandeep Patel, Ghanshyam Mishra Pr. Pankaj Sanwariya, Naresh Chauhan R. Jabar Singh Dhakad, Shubham Singh and Pradeep Suryavanshi etc. played commendable roles.
