Gwalior. About a year ago, the then Superintendent of Police of Guna had arrested his mother Alka Jain on charges of murder of 14 year old Abhyudaya Jain in Guna and put her in jail. Her family members declared Alka innocent. Considering the seriousness of the incident, IG Arvind Saxena and DIG Amit Sanghi formed SIT under the leadership of DIG. The SIT investigation declared Alka innocent, but I don’t know why the then Guna Superintendent of Police continued conspiring even after leaving Guna. Guna District Court rejected the police report and ordered continuation of the murder case against Alka. The hearing in Guna Court intensified and statements also started being made. Then Alka filed a writ petition in Gwalior High Court.
Finally got justice today
Alka got justice from Gwalior High Court today. Justice Shri Milind Ramesh Phadke ji has proved Alka completely innocent in his 19 page historic verdict. The big thing is that during the hearing in the High Court, all three parties – police, government advocate and Alka’s lawyer – declared Alka innocent. Till date we have not been able to understand why the then SP of Guna accused an innocent mother of killing her own piece of heart (son).
