Jharkhand: An air ambulance met with an accident on Monday (23 February 2026) in the dense forests of Chatra district. This plane, which left at 1:37 pm, took off for Delhi, but lost contact before reaching the scheduled time.

According to the information, the plane was to land in Delhi at 4:30 pm. However, after losing contact with air traffic control midway, information about the plane crashing came to light.

As soon as the news of the accident was received, the local administration and rescue teams left for the spot. Due to dense forests and inaccessible terrain, there are challenges in relief and rescue operations.

At present, official confirmation is awaited regarding the number of people on board the plane and their condition. The administration has started investigating the entire matter.
