Raipur : Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today listened to the 131st episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’ along with public representatives and distinguished citizens at the Chief Minister’s residence office in the capital Raipur. On this occasion, Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Tourism Minister Rajesh Aggarwal, MLA Prabodh Minj, Chhattisgarh Beverage Corporation Chairman Srinivas Maddi, Chhattisgarh Tribal Local Health Traditions and Medicinal Plants Board Vice Chairman Anjay Shukla, Akhilesh Soni and many public representatives and distinguished citizens were present.
Chief Minister Sai said that this program of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has become a powerful dialogue to inspire the countrymen for positive thinking, innovation and nation building. He said that ‘Mann Ki Baat’ is not just a radio program but a platform to highlight the inspiring efforts and extraordinary achievements taking place in every corner of the country, which strengthens the spirit of service, innovation and participation in the society. He said that everyone eagerly waits for its telecast every month.
Chief Minister Sai said that in his address, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a message of new direction to the country by mentioning India’s growing potential and future possibilities in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Recently, India’s technological prowess was appreciated by the world in the Global AI Impact Summit held in Delhi and the launch of three ‘Made in India’ AI models is a proof of the country’s innovation capability. He said that Chhattisgarh is also moving rapidly towards technological leadership through innovation, startup culture and strong digital infrastructure.
Chief Minister Sai said that in his address, the Prime Minister mentioned the country’s achievements in the agricultural sector and said that more than 500 varieties of paddy are being cultivated in India and the country has become the world’s largest rice producer. He said that the tireless hard work of the farmers of the entire country including Chhattisgarh, the continuous research of scientists and the visionary policies of the government have contributed significantly to this achievement. This is a result that strengthens the resolve of a self-reliant India.
The Chief Minister said that the Prime Minister’s mention of the use of Artificial Intelligence in veterinary and dairy management through Amul and the efforts for preservation and translation of ancient texts like ‘Sushruta Samhita’ are examples of excellent coordination of Indian knowledge tradition and modern technology. He said that this shows the strength of both India’s tradition and technology.
Chief Minister Sai, while mentioning the Prime Minister’s decision to donate the organs of 10-month-old girl from Kerala, Alin Sherin Abraham, described her as a unique example of humanity. While paying tribute to the girl’s parents, he said that their decision is going to give new life to many people and will prove to be inspirational in increasing awareness about organ donation in the society.
The Chief Minister said that the Prime Minister has also given an important message to beware of cyber crimes like digital fraud and ‘digital arrest’ and to be aware of KYC and banking security, which is extremely relevant in today’s digital era. Along with this, the Prime Minister called for ‘Vocal for Local’ while highlighting the achievements of players of Indian origin in the T-20 World Cup, installation of the statue of C. Rajagopalachari in the ‘Rajaji Utsav’ organized at Rashtrapati Bhavan, message of confidence for the candidates and best wishes to the countrymen on the auspicious occasion of Ramzan and Holi.
