Bhopal : Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that under the leadership and guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the state government is promoting transparency, cleanliness, promptness, innovation and public welfare in administrative work along with development. The inauguration of the Cyber Registration Office of the Registration Department is a proof of the accomplishment of this resolution. Starting the process of cyber registration in the state after Sampada-1.0 and Sampada 2.0 is a new beginning of technology-based good governance. Madhya Pradesh is changing rapidly. Madhya Pradesh is the first state in India which has started cyber registration for more than 75 services like loan, power of attorney, mining lease, affidavit, power of attorney, partnership deed through digital revolution. This innovation of the state government is encouraging paperless and cashless process. This will be important for the new generation in terms of environment and transparency. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed these views after inaugurating the cyber registration office at Panjiyan Bhawan on Monday.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that now the transfer documents of the government and its undertakings will also be completed through paperless registration. The public will not have to come to the registration office for transfer to Housing Board and Development Authority. All work including video KYC will be done through video conferencing, this will save both money and time. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that it is a matter of happiness that the innovation of Sampada 2.0 has received the National e-Governance Gold Award for the year 2025. Till now, more than 14 lakh 95 thousand documents have been registered. The state government has implemented the Cyber Tehsil Project in 55 districts, in which the process of revenue distribution and transfer can also be done through Sampada 2.0. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that departmental officers should achieve their targets in the current financial year with healthy competition through cyber registration facility.
Deputy Chief Minister and Commercial Tax Minister Jagdish Deora said that in the year 2024-25, advanced software Sampada 2.0 will be implemented for registration and e-stamping of documents. With this, movable and immovable property documents are being registered in a digital and paperless manner. There are many documents for which one does not even have to come to the sub-registrar office. Firstly, a successful pilot project of new e-registration and e-stamping software Sampada 2.0 was run in Guna, Harda, Ratlam and Dindori districts. The innovations of the state were appreciated across the country. He said that the citizens of the state are getting the benefits of these innovations released under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. 14 lakh employees across the state have been trained to complete the registration related work without any errors. On this occasion, Principal Secretary Amit Rathore, Principal Secretary Raghavendra Singh, Inspector General of Registration and Superintendent of Stamps Amit Tomar were present. District officials, bank employees and beneficiaries joined the program virtually.
