According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is expected to remain dry across the state and no warning has been issued. In many areas including the capital Raipur, light fog can be seen in the morning, while light warmth will be felt during the day and light cold will remain at night.

Weather likely to remain dry from February 21

The Meteorological Department estimates that the maximum temperature in Raipur may be around 33 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature may be around 18 degrees Celsius. The weather is expected to remain dry in the state till February 21 and there is no possibility of rain during this period. Recently, the maximum temperature recorded in Raipur was 32.9 degrees Celsius, while the lowest minimum temperature was recorded in Ambikapur at 9.8 degrees Celsius.

Hot in the afternoon and cold at night

According to weather experts, the effect of active western disturbance and jet stream in North India remains at the upper level, but it will not have any significant impact on the weather of Chhattisgarh at present.
