Kanpur. Shivam Mishra, who crushed six people with a Lamborghini in Kanpur, has been arrested by the police. If sources are to be believed, after 90 hours, a special team led by Kanpur Police Commissioner has arrested Shivam, who was driving a Lamborghini car. Now after getting the medical done, the police will present the accused in the court.
Let us tell you that on Sunday night in Kanpur, Shivam Mishra, son of tobacco businessman KK Mishra, had hit the pedestrians walking on the road with a speeding Lamborghini car. Six people were also injured in this accident, after which the police added Shivam Mishra’s name in the FIR in this case. This incident took place on ‘VIP Road’ of Gwaltoli, a posh area of the city. Eyewitnesses had said that the car first hit an auto-rickshaw and then hit a bike parked on the roadside, due to which the bike rider was thrown into the air for about 10 feet.
Driver Mohan had reached the court on Wednesday in the famous hit and run case in Kanpur. He had surrendered in the court along with his lawyers. When the government system presented its stand on this matter, the same driver Mohan said that he was the one driving the car. Suddenly there was some problem in the vehicle, due to which the vehicle crashed, but the court did not accept the surrender due to the absence of the name in the police records. The court rejected the petition of driver Mohan and said that Mohan was not wanted in the police report. Along with this, on the application to release the vehicle, the court has asked the police to conduct a technical inspection and file a report.
