Bandikui. There was a dispute between the people of Jetpura and Asan villages regarding the cremation of the dead body in the cremation ground. Due to this dispute, the dead body remained on the road for about 7 hours. On receiving the information, Basava police station reached the spot and took information about the matter. At the same time, after getting information about the matter, Tehsildar Anu Sharma, Naib Tehsildar Babulal along with others reached the spot and talked to the people of both the villages and explained it to them. After this, the deceased was cremated at 2 pm. According to the information, Babulal Gurjar, resident of Jetpura village, died on Monday night. The villagers reached the cremation ground at around 7 am on Tuesday morning to perform the last rites of Babulal’s body.
People of Asan village came to the cremation ground and stopped them from performing the last rites. The people of Asan village said that this crematorium is theirs and the people of Jaitpura should perform the last rites somewhere else. At the same time, the people of Jetpura village claimed that this crematorium has belonged to the entire society for years and they have performed the last rites here many times. He said that it is wrong to create unnecessary controversy like this.
