Complainant Abhishek Jain has traveled thousands of kilometers on bicycle and made serious allegations of drug smuggling, illegal weapons and government land occupation.
New Delhi. Now the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has taken cognizance of the much talked about shark fish case related to Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. The PMO has handed over the complaint made by complainant Abhishek Jain to a senior officer of the level of Joint Secretary attached to the Home Ministry. After this development, the seriousness of the matter has increased further and there is hope for an impartial investigation at the central level. According to the information received, the PMO has submitted this complaint to the Joint Secretary for Home Affairs, Dr. R.K. Have forwarded it to Mitra. It is believed that after preliminary investigation and examination of facts, further necessary action will be taken by the Home Ministry.

Complainant Abhishek Jain has traveled almost a thousand kilometers on bicycle from Bhopal to New Delhi in extreme cold to expose this matter. He says that even after reaching Delhi, he has to run from door to door in search of justice. Sometimes they are forced to spend the night in temples, sometimes in Gurudwaras and sometimes on the streets. Abhishek Jain has alleged in his complaint that Shariq Machhi and his family members have already been accused of many serious criminal activities including drug smuggling, possession of illegal weapons, encroachment on government land and ponds. Despite this, no effective action was taken at the local level.

The complainant also says that despite pictures with weapons going viral on social media, the concerned agencies turned a blind eye. Even when local people are openly bringing forward serious allegations and facts, the inaction of the investigating agencies raises many questions. Now after the Prime Minister’s Office has taken cognizance, it is expected that there will be a fair and thorough investigation into the matter and strict legal action will be taken against the culprits. After intervention from the central level, this issue has once again come into limelight.
