Farmers say that at present the potato crop is in a sensitive state. Due to continuous cloud cover and increased humidity, there is a possibility of disease in crops. According to farmers of Sadabad area, excessive rain can cause huge damage to crops. Farmers are also troubled by the drizzle in Sasani area. Here on one side digging of potatoes is going on and on the other side the mustard crop is ripe and ready. Farmers say that if the period of rain increases, both potato and mustard crops may get damaged. Farmers are hoping for clear weather.
