Minister in-charge of Industries and District Lakhanlal Dewangan will hoist the flag in the main function of Kawardha on Republic Day.

Raipur : Lakhanlal Dewangan, Minister in-charge of Industries and Kabirdham district of Chhattisgarh Government, will be the chief guest of the main function of the national festival Republic Day organized at the district headquarters Kawardha. The main function of Republic Day will be held at Acharya Panth Grindh Muni Naam Saheb Government Post Graduate College grounds of Kawardha. Cabinet Minister Dewangan will hoist the flag at the main function of Republic Day at 9 am. A minute-to-minute schedule of the event has been determined. Minister Dewangan will arrive at PG College grounds at 8:58. There will be a salute by hoisting the flag at 9 am, playing national tune and parade. There will be inspection of the parade and march past of the parade at 09:05. At 9:25, the chief guest will read out the Chief Minister’s message to the people of the state. There will be a cultural program for school children at 9:40. There will be a display of departmental tableaux at 10.10 am and distribution of awards and citations at 10.20 am. After this the chief guest will depart from the venue of the ceremony.
