PM Kisan Yojana Under this, a big update has come out for the farmers across the country including Madhya Pradesh. The central government has so far transferred 21 installments to the accounts of farmers. Now the farmers are eagerly waiting for the 22nd installment.
Installment may arrive in the last week of February
If we look at the trend of the last three years, the government has often released the first installment of the year in the last week of February. The 21st installment was released on 19 November 2025. On this basis, it is expected that by the end of February 2026, the next installment of Rs 2,000 can be sent to the accounts of eligible farmers through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). However, the official date has not been announced yet.
The amount is received three times a year
PM Kisan Yojana Under this, the Central Government provides assistance of Rs 6,000 every year in three equal installments. Each installment is of Rs 2,000, which is transferred directly to the bank accounts of the farmers.
Which farmers will get the benefit?
The benefit of the scheme is available only to those farmers in whose name agricultural land is registered. If a farmer does farming on share cropping or rent but the land is not in his name, then he will not be eligible for this scheme.
