Raipur : Commerce, Industry and Labor Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan laid the foundation stone of the construction work while gifting a community building worth Rs 25 lakh to Chandpuriha Kansodhan Vaish Gupta Samaj in Korba on Sunday.
Today, in the Bhoomi Poojan program organized on DDM Canal Road, after worshiping sage Maharishi Kashyap, the Bhoomi Poojan of the building to be constructed under the funds of District Mineral Trust was done. Addressing on this occasion, Minister Dewangan said that last time when he had participated in the social program of the society, he had happily announced this work on the demand of the society. The building was sanctioned at a cost of Rs 25 lakh from the District Mineral Trust, and today the bhoomi pujan of the building is being done in the presence of everyone. Also inaugurated the newly constructed building of the society by cutting the ribbon. Minister Dewangan said that as per the demands of all the communities under Korba Assembly, important development works including community hall, stage, dome shed, boundary wall are being done rapidly for them. Under the Triple Engine Government, works worth more than Rs 800 crore have been achieved in the last 2 years, all those works are being implemented rapidly.
Mayor Sanju Devi Rajput said that Korba Municipal Corporation area is writing new dimensions of development today, along with big construction works, small works are also being started and completed as soon as possible, social buildings are being developed. Today, under the leadership of the Industries Minister, funds are being released at a rapid pace, the result of which is that the public has started getting the benefits of the development works. This sequence will continue continuously.
