Gwalior. In Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, a speeding car crushed a bike-riding husband-wife and their daughter from behind. All three died on the spot in the accident. The accident took place in Ratwai Bijauli police station area on Thursday afternoon. The family was a resident of Jalaun.
Parents were taking me for examination
According to Behat SDOP Manish Yadav, the deceased have been identified as Chandrapal Jatav (45), Rajshree Jatav (40), his daughter Arpita Jatav (18). His daughter Arpita’s JEE exam was on Thursday. The examination center was at BBM College in Ratwai, Bijauli. Chandrapal, along with his wife Rajshree, set out on a bike to get the papers for daughter Arpita. He had taken the bike of constable Pradeep posted at Girwai police station. In his haste he lost his way and went 100 meters ahead of the examination centre. After this he asked a passerby for the address of the college and started returning. When he was 100 meters away from the police station, a speeding dumper hit his bike. As soon as the collision occurred, the couple and their daughter fell on the road and died after being hit by the dumper.
Accused driver absconds leaving the dumper
The police who reached the spot after the accident were also shocked because there were dead bodies and blood lying on the road. The condition was such that the documents kept in his bag were also stained with blood. Police reached the spot and handled the situation. Also, the dead bodies were taken from there under surveillance and taken to the postmortem house. It is told that Chandrapal is survived by his wife, daughter and two sons Satyam and Bittu. After the death of husband, wife and daughter, now only two sons are left in his family. As soon as he came to know about the accident, he left for Gwalior. After the accident, the accused driver ran away leaving his dumper. Police reached the spot and confiscated the dumper filled with blueprints. Police investigation revealed that the accused driver was coming after filling the blueprint. Now the police has started searching for the accused driver.
