New Delhi: 26th February: Gold rate has again seen a rise today. On Thursday, 24 carat gold reached ₹ 1,61,900 for 10 grams. Whereas the price of silver has been recorded at ₹ 2,84,900 per kg. The impact of rising prices is clearly visible on investors as well as buyers preparing for marriage. Many people are currently planning to postpone shopping, hopefully there may be some relief in the coming days.

According to experts, due to increasing demand for gold in the international market and weakness in the rupee, prices remain high in the domestic market. In such a situation, if you are planning to buy jewellery, then it is very important to keep an eye on the market price. Prices may fluctuate at any time.

The rate of 24 carat gold varies in major cities. In Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai it is ₹16,289 per gram. Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune recorded ₹16,190 per gram. The price in Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow and Chandigarh was ₹ 16,205 per gram.

Talking about silver, the rate of 1 kg in Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata is ₹ 2,84,900, while in Chennai, Hyderabad and Kerala it has reached ₹ 2,95,100 per kg.
