EOW raid in municipality, employees including Chairman, CMO ran away from office

Morena. There was a stir due to the raid of EOW team in Sabalgarh Municipal Council of Morena district of Madhya Pradesh. As soon as the team arrived, all the employees of the municipality closed the cupboards and ran away from the office. After waiting for about 4 hours the team had to return empty handed.

Actually, the EOW team had reached Sabalgarh Municipal Council for raid action on the complaint of financial irregularities. Councilor Mohan Pachauri had complained to EOW about financial irregularities in Sabalgarh Municipality.

It is said that as soon as the information about the arrival of the EOW team was received, many employees including the Municipality Chairman and CMO left their chairs in the office and ran away. All the employees locked their cabinets and ran away. After waiting for the employees for almost five hours, the EOW team returned empty handed.
