Bhopal : Governor Mangubhai Patel held discussions with the newly formed management committee of Madhya Pradesh branch of Red Cross in the Jawahar section of Lok Bhavan on Friday. He wished the new members all the best for their work with service, dedication and determination. Principal Secretary to the Governor Dr. Navneet Mohan Kothari, Law Officer Umesh Srivastava, Officer on Special Duty Arvind Purohit and members of the Red Cross Management Committee were present in the meeting.
Governor Patel received the management of Red Cross Hospital, OPD from Red Cross Chairman Dr. Shyam Singh Kumre. Informed about the operations, number of patients per month, investigations, income received from various items and expenditure. Governor Patel said that treatment of patients, necessary tests and smooth functioning of the arrangements should be ensured. Always keep all arrangements related to patient care intact. In the meeting, Red Cross General Secretary Ramendra Singh gave details of the activities of the committee.
