Another sensational case related to Bokaro Crime has come to light. There has been a stir in the area after a semi-nude and burnt body of a woman was found in Bokaro district. The deceased has been identified as 56-year-old Namita Devi, who was a resident of Bokaro Steel City police station area. According to the information, Namita Devi was missing since the morning of January 20, after which the family members were continuously searching for her.
The woman’s body was found in an open field at Gidhand in Chandankiyari police station area, about 40 km from her home. Seeing the dead body in the field, the local people immediately informed the police, after which the police team reached the spot. The condition of the dead body was very horrific. The woman’s body was found partially burnt and in a semi-nude state, due to which prima facie it is suspected that after the murder, an attempt was made to burn the body to hide her identity.
Seeing the seriousness of the matter, District Superintendent of Police Harvinder Singh himself reached the spot and took stock of the situation. The SP said that the investigation is being conducted scientifically with the help of the forensic team, so that every aspect can be investigated in detail.
