Now industrial development will happen rapidly in Vindhya. Provide at least one thousand hectares of land for industrial parks in Maihar and Rewa districts. Construction of industrial parks will lead to rapid industrial progress in Vindhya. With economic development, employment opportunities will increase in large quantities. In Maihar district, 1450 hectares of land in Jhukehi and 1500 hectares of land in Amjhar should be identified for industrial parks. In Rewa district, two thousand hectares of land can be made available for industrial park around Teonthar, Sohagi, Sirmaur and Kyoti.
Deputy Chief Minister Shukla said that due to the presence of airport and other facilities, big industrialists are eager to invest in Vindhya region. We have to take full advantage of the opportunity for industrial development. All departments should make coordinated efforts to speed up the work of industrial development. Development of irrigation, tourism and industries in Vindhya will usher in a new economic era. Regarding the construction of Bela-Silpara Ring Road, he said that in coordination with the Railways, the construction work of the Railway Over Bridge should be completed on time. Complete the construction work of this important road by April. Start the process of construction of direct four lane road from Rewa soon. In this, the forest department’s permission and land acquisition process should be expedited. The work of Rewa Bypass Road should also be completed expeditiously. If coming from Prayagraj, widen and organize the road at Rathara at the point of entry into the city from the highway. Also make proper arrangements for drainage of water at this place. Make the service roads on both sides wide enough so that traffic can be facilitated. The construction work of Sidhi to Singrauli Highway is also in the tender process. Pay special attention to this important road.
Deputy Chief Minister Shukla said that the natural farming project is being developed rapidly in Basaman Mama Cow Sanctuary. Make efforts to connect nearby farmers with natural and organic farming. This cow sanctuary will be developed as a center for natural farming and cow rearing. The construction of the remaining sheds in Hinauti Gaudham should be completed expeditiously. Also pay special attention to the construction of its road and boundary wall. More than 25 thousand cows will get shelter in Hinauti Gaudham. Commissioner BS Jamod, Collector Rewa Pratibha Pal, Collector Maihar Rani Batad, Chairman Municipal Corporation Vyankatesh Pandey and other concerned officers and representatives of construction agencies were present in the meeting.
