Allegations Of Doctor Couple Sold 17 Year Girl: A case of allegedly selling a 17 year old girl from a village in a police station area of Churu district for Rs 5 lakh, getting her married against her will and later raping her has come to light. In this high profile case, the girl’s grandmother has filed a case against 4 named people including the doctor couple in the women’s police station.
The 58-year-old woman reported that Dr. Rajneesh Indoria and his wife Sudha Indoria, residents of Badshah Colony, Churu, allegedly seduced her daughter’s parents and sold her to Ashok of a village for Rs 5 lakh against her will on December 26, 2025.
It is alleged that Ashok and his father kept the girl hostage in the room for four days, kept her hungry and thirsty and beat her up when she asked to go home. According to the victim, Ashok forcibly raped her on the night of December 30 and said that he had “bought” her by paying Rs 5 lakh to the doctor couple.
Somehow, finding the opportunity, the girl ran away and reached her grandmother. After this, the doctor couple reached there and tried to forcibly take the girl along and then threatened to kill her. After this, the 58-year-old woman reached the women’s police station along with her sister-in-law.
Based on the report, the police have started investigation by registering a case against Ashok, his father Kesar, Rajneesh and Sudha under various sections of SC/ST Act including BNS 2023, POCSO. Police say that all aspects will be thoroughly investigated and action will be taken.
