The effect of cold continued in districts like Hazaribagh, Medininagar and Koderma.
The Meteorological Department said that there is a possibility of cold wave in many areas from January 3. Noise will increase in the morning and evening, although strong sunlight during the day may provide some relief. Visibility has been recorded at 700 meters in Jamshedpur and 600 meters in Deoghar.
