ADG Ashutosh Rai becomes special DG! Know how one officer’s failure to return changed his fate

MP IAS IPS Promotion: Many IAS and IPS have been promoted in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh ADG Ashutosh Rai became Special DG Anant Kumar Singh got promotion after not returning to Madhya Pradesh. Collectors of many districts including Bhopal Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh have been made secretaries. Secretary M Selvendran has become the Principal Secretary of the Department of Personnel. IAS officers of 2010 and 2013 batch have also been promoted.
