Patna. In Bihar politics, politics has heated up regarding the official residence of former Chief Minister Rabri Devi. Janata Dal United (JDU) has raised questions regarding government accommodation, which has further increased the political controversy. Where JDU spokesperson and MLC Neeraj Kumar alleged that there could be a basement in 10 circular houses. He said that in the absence of Lalu family members, goods are being shifted from the bungalow, due to which many questions are being raised.
JDU leader Neeraj has expressed apprehension that valuables like land deeds, cash and jewelery can be hidden in the house, hence there is a need to keep a special eye on it. He asked who is shifting this stuff from the bungalow and why?
After these allegations of JDU, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has given a strong reaction. RJD spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said that Rabri Devi has been a former Chief Minister and the statements regarding her personal life are wrong. He termed JDU’s allegations as completely baseless.
An open challenge has been given by RJD that if JDU really has doubts, then excavation should be done in 10 circular houses. RJD spokesperson Tiwari also said that not just limited to Rabri Devi’s bungalow, the residences of other ministers and ruling leaders should also be investigated.
