Raipur : Chief Secretary Vikassheel has said that for capacity development of departmental officers and employees, training courses should be decided according to the needs and posts of the department, so that they can work as per the goal of the program Mission Karmayogi. The Chief Secretary said that when employees are promoted and posted in new posts, they should be given one week’s institutional training to discharge the responsibilities and duties of their new post and for capacity development. Addressed the officers and employees in the workshop organized under the joint aegis of Capacity Development Commission, Government of India and Chhattisgarh Academy of Administration. Additional Chief Secretary of Home and Jail Department, Manoj Kumar Pingua also participated in the workshop.
Training courses for officers and employees should be decided as per the needs of the department.
The Chief Secretary said that the officers and employees should get the necessary guidance and technical information regarding the training course from the members of the Technical Capacity Commission of the Government of India in the capacity development workshop. In a one-day workshop organized on capacity development, officers and employees of selected departments of the state government were given guidance and important information through demonstration of the techniques of Artificial Intelligence tools to prepare the capacity development plan of their department. In the workshop, training courses prepared for capacity development by Panchayat and Rural Development, Women and Child Development and Transport Department were demonstrated through presentation. Which was also seen by officers and employees of other departments. In the coming days, capacity building will be organized for other departments based on the plan.
In the workshop, computer based practical training was given by experts from the technical team of Capacity Development Commission, Government of India. Chairperson of Capacity Development Commission S.Radha participated in the workshop. Chauhan inspired the participants to work under the Government of India’s Important Employees Mission Karmayogi and in accordance with the goals of Developed India 2047. The program was organized by Principal Advisor of Capacity Development Commission Chandlekha Mukherjee, DG of Administrative Academy Subrata Sahu, Director T.S. Mahawar also addressed.
Principal Secretary of Panchayat and Rural Development Department Niharika Barik Singh, Urban Administration and Secretary to the Chief Minister Dr. Basavaraju S., General Administration Department Secretary Avinash Champawat, Health Department Secretary Amit Kataria and senior officials of other departments participated in the workshop.
