According to the application, Rajesh Bhagat alias Pintu, a resident of Rampurhat in Birbhum district, who is known from the past, had knowledge of the site. It is alleged that Rajesh Bhagat reached the spot and threatened Varun Singh Sisodia.

Mention of boulder lifting incident

Varun Singh Sisodia has written in the application that on December 16, all the boulders kept on the plot were lifted by Rajesh Bhagat alias Pintu. The next day on December 17, when they reached the site and checked, the boulder was found missing.

Allegation of threatening on phone

After finding the boulder missing, Varun Singh Sisodia contacted Rajesh Bhagat on phone. It is alleged that during the conversation, Rajesh Bhagat became furious and said that he was a “brand” and could do anything.

Initial information given to the police station

Information about this incident was given to Shikaripada police station through mobile on 17th December. However, on the advice of villagers and other businessmen, written application was not given at that time.

Accusation of filing false complaint

It has been said in the application that on December 23, 2025, information was received that Rajesh Bhagat alias Pintu has lodged a complaint in Shikaripada police station, in which Varun Singh Sisodia has been accused of threatening to kill. Varun Singh Sisodia has called this a complete lie.

Allegation of conspiracy to remove from the site

Varun Singh Sisodia says that Rajesh Bhagat’s intention is to remove him from the said place and for this very purpose false allegations have been made against him.

Demand made from police station in-charge

In the application given in the police station, Varun Singh Sisodia has requested the police station in-charge to consider the matter and give appropriate guidelines and advise Rajesh Bhagat to stay within the ambit of the law, so that the mental pain can end.
