Raipur : A delegation of participants of Master Athlete Federation of India paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai in the office room of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly last day. Players of Chhattisgarh brought glory to the state by performing excellently in the national level sports competition organized by the Master Athlete Federation of India from 5 to 9 November in Chennai.
Players from Bhilai, Bilaspur, Mahasamund and Bastar of the state participated in this competition and won various events.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai congratulated all the players for their achievements and said that due to the hard work, discipline and dedication of the players, Chhattisgarh has got a new identity at the national level. He encouraged the players to perform similarly in future also. Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal was present on this occasion.
