Raigarh: A major road accident took place in Dhimrapur area of the city on Friday afternoon. Raigarh Tractor Accident A tractor loaded with sand went out of control and overturned from the bridge, due to which 7 laborers traveling in the vehicle got buried under it. Two laborers have suffered serious injuries in this accident, who have been admitted to the Medical College Hospital for immediate treatment.
According to eyewitnesses, the accident occurred at around 1 pm. It is being told that while trying to save a bike rider coming from the front, the tractor driver suddenly lost control. Due to the high speed and heavy load, the tractor could not maintain its balance and overturned and fell down from the bridge. During this, the laborers sitting in the tractor jumped down and got buried under the vehicle.
Immediately after the accident, local people reached the spot and started relief work. With the help of villagers and passers-by, the laborers buried under the tractor were pulled out. It was fortunate that this Raigarh Tractor Accident No one died, but the condition of two workers is said to be serious, while others have suffered minor injuries.
As soon as information about the incident was received, the Kotwali police reached the spot and took stock of the situation. The police sent the injured to the hospital with the help of an ambulance and started investigation at the accident site.
